Do I need a contract?

No. Settl is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalties and no exit fees. Your data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free trial period. Instead, we offer a 30-day full refund guarantee. If Settl doesn’t deliver measurable results in your first month, we’ll refund your subscription completely.

What does the 3% fee cover?

The 3% fee applies to each customer payment processed through Settl — deposits, invoices, and balances. It is all-in: Settl absorbs Stripe’s processing cost. Your statement will never show more than 3%.

How many users can I add?

Your $399/month subscription covers your full team. Add dispatchers, crew members, and admins without paying per seat. Customer app access is included for all your customers at no additional cost.

Can pricing change?

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice to active subscribers. We will not raise prices without advance notice, and your current rate is locked during any active billing period.
